Trent Isaacs co-owns Dog Day Renovations with Adam Moses. Between them they run every part of the business, from the first phone call through to the final walkthrough.
On most projects Trent is the person who visits your home, measures up, talks through options, and puts together your estimate. He is also usually the person you call when you want to know what is happening this week.
The company keeps deliberately close contact with its customers. Neither owner disappears behind a call centre or a project management portal, and that is the point.
