What we would rather refer out
We are a renovation team, not a general construction company. Ground-up building, major structural alteration, and large additions are outside what we take on, and we would rather say so up front than stretch.
Combining services
If your project includes windows, doors, a bathroom, or tile work, it is usually simpler and less disruptive to plan them together than to book them separately.
What affects planning and cost
We do not publish prices, because a renovation price that ignores the actual space is a guess. These are the things that genuinely move the number on this kind of project.
