An owner-run renovation company
Dog Day Renovations is Trent Isaacs and Adam Moses. We work in the Winston-Salem, NC area on windows, bathrooms, tile and showers, doors, and general interior renovations.
How we work
Most renovation problems are communication problems. A homeowner is told one thing at the estimate and something else halfway through, and by then the wall is open and the conversation is awkward.
We try to head that off by being specific early: what is included, what is not, what order things happen in, and what we do if we find something unexpected behind the tile. It is not glamorous, but it is why our projects tend to stay calm.
Because there are two of us, the person who quotes your job is the person who runs it. There is no account manager in between, and no version of events that gets lost on the way to the crew.

Scope agreed up front. If something changes once a wall is open, you hear about it that day, not at invoicing.
Small by choice
Two owners means fewer projects at once and no handing your job to a subcontractor you have never met.
Finish is everything
A renovation is judged on the last ten percent — the grout lines, the reveals, the way a door sits in its frame.
Your home stays your home
We work around how you live: floors covered, dust contained where the work allows, and a tidy-up before we leave.
